Medic 1 is a 2006 GMC 4500C  It carries a full supply of Basic and Advanced Life support equipment including a LifePak Defibrillator/Monitor, IV equipment and oxygen administration equipment. It is staffed with at least 1 Firefighter/Paramedic and 1 Firefighter/EMT. It responds townwide to medical emergencies. The Medic also responds to structure fires to assist in fire suppression. This ambulance was graciously donated to the Fire Department by The Masonic Home and Hospital.
