10-5-2006 E-1 arrives at a smoke in the house investigation to find a 2 1/2 story wood  balloon frame structure with heavy smoke from the top floor. Fire was well involved in the basement which quickly spread to the top floor. Engine companies did an excellent job in stopping this fire and not involving any exposures.
